I picked up a large electric floor keyboard at a yard sale, and now I need advice on what to do with it!!

It has a few instrument settings, record, play, etc. I can't recall how many octaves it has.

Who has something like this - and if so what do you do with it?!

Thanks!

When you say "floor keyboard" do you mean like the roll-out kind that you can step on to play?

If you hold group lessons ever, that sounds like a party waiting to happen to me! Assign each child a note and have them play a song together! Or work on chord structure this way where it's more "visual."

What's the size of it like - could a child reach a bunch of notes at once using both arms & legs? Would it stand up to kids possibly falling over on it? I'm thinking piano twister or "be the chord" sort of things could be fun. "Simon Says" would work too - use it for just about anything, from note-recognition to steps/skips/intervals. They could walk their tune on the keys, trying to stay in time. Sounds like a lot of fun!!
